Terms of Service

OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your use of the website (“Site”) owned and operated by MK Offiziers.Co., Ltd. (“MK Offiziers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, using, or making a purchase through this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
MK Offiziers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the authority to enter into a legally binding agreement.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site via your web browser. MK Offiziers may revise, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, including products, services, or access, at any time without liability.

SECTION 1 – USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing, or transmitting content is permitted only when automatically performed through your browser as incidental to viewing the Site.
The following are strictly prohibited without written authorization:

  • Automated or systematic data extraction

  • Reproduction, distribution, publication, or modification of Site content

  • Displaying Site content on any external website or mirroring any portion of the Site

  • Removing or altering proprietary notices

MK Offiziers may assign you a password and account ID to access certain parts of the Site. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted using your credentials, whether authorized or not. You agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of your login information and to notify MK Offiziers immediately of any unauthorized use.

SECTION 2 – REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP

Subscription boxes offered by MK Offiziers are shipped to the address you provide upon registration. You may receive account updates or promotional emails, including third-party offers. Membership may be cancelled at any time through your Customer Portal or by contacting Customer Support. Additional details are available in the Help Center.

SECTION 3 – BILLING AND PAYMENTS

As a member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information

  • Authorize MK Offiziers to store your payment details for recurring billing

  • Accept responsibility for any fees charged by your card issuer

If standard shipping is unavailable, MK Offiziers may upgrade your shipping method unless you decline the upgrade before billing. If your payment fails, we may attempt to charge your account again or request payment through another method.
Address updates must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to ensure they apply to your next shipment. Forwarding fees for incorrectly addressed shipments are not reimbursed. All payments are final and non-refundable.

SECTION 4 – YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the current rate.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle:

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date via the Customer Portal or support form.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current term. No prorated refunds are provided. Reactivating your subscription generates a new invoice for the current cycle.
MK Offiziers may change subscription plans or pricing at any time, with or without advance notice. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING

All trackable shipments are automatically insured.
Insurance covers:

  • Confirmed loss or theft by the shipping carrier

  • Damage caused by natural disasters

  • Damage or loss due to courier mishandling

Insurance does not cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Intentionally refused deliveries

Missing or Damaged Items
Report within 7 days of receipt with required photographic evidence:

  • All sides of the box

  • All items received

  • Clear photos of damaged items

If an item is available, a replacement will be sent. Refunds apply only if replacement is not possible. Packaging blemishes are not classified as product damage.
Returned boxes due to incorrect/insufficient addresses are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping fees may apply.
This policy may be updated at any time and applies retroactively to all subscriptions.

SECTION 6 – ALLERGEN INFORMATION

MK Offiziers does not guarantee allergen-free products. While general allergen information may be provided in some box booklets, the list is not comprehensive, and we do not assume responsibility for unlisted allergens.

SECTION 7 – REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM

Referrers

A Referrer is an individual who shares a referral link used by a new customer (“Referred Customer”). Referrers are responsible for any applicable tax obligations related to rewards.

Referred Customers

Referred Customers must:

  • Use only one referral link

  • Provide different email, billing, and shipping information from the Referrer

There is no limit to the number of Referred Customers.

Credits

  • Credits appear as pending once the Referred Customer completes a purchase

  • Pending credits become approved 30 days after the first shipment

  • Cancelled or fraudulent purchases void the credit

  • Chargebacks within 30 days result in credit removal

Credits can be used toward subscription payments but have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or equivalent.

Restrictions

Referrers may not:

  • Post referral links on public coupon or code-sharing websites

  • Advertise referral links

  • Spam referral invitations

  • Use automated systems or bots

Referral credits cannot be combined with other promotions.

MK Offiziers may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.

SECTION 8 – PRODUCT INFORMATION; LIMITATION ON QUANTITIES

Product information may contain errors, which MK Offiziers may correct at any time. Quantities may be limited, and events or promotions may be modified or cancelled without notice.

SECTION 9 – COPYRIGHT

All Site content—including text, design, and code—is owned by or licensed to MK Offiziers and protected by copyright laws.

SECTION 10 – USER-GENERATED CONTENT

By uploading or submitting content, you grant MK Offiziers a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it. You warrant that you own the rights to your submissions and that they do not violate any third-party rights or laws.

SECTION 11 – WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” MK Offiziers makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MK Offiziers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your membership.

Incorrectly priced items may be cancelled, and charges refunded accordingly. Product-related injuries fall under the responsibility of the manufacturer.

SECTION 13 – TAXES

Your total price includes product price plus applicable taxes based on your shipping location. Import or customs taxes are your responsibility.

SECTION 14 – NOTICE

MK Offiziers may send notices via email or through announcements posted on the Site.

SECTION 15 – USE OF SITE

Using the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 16 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MK Offiziers and its affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

SECTION 17 – DISCOUNT CODES

Unless expressly permitted, discount codes may not be sold, shared, modified, or reproduced.

SECTION 18 – PRIVACY

Your registration data is subject to our Privacy Policy. Transmissions may involve adjustments to meet technical requirements of networks or devices.

SECTION 19 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Third-party sites linked from the Site operate independently of MK Offiziers. Access them at your own risk.

SECTION 20 – TRADEMARKS

All trademarks and service marks of MK Offiziers on the Site are the property of MK Offiziers or their respective owners.

SECTION 21 – MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MK Offiziers regarding Site use. MK Offiziers may assign its rights and responsibilities under this Agreement at any time without notice.
